Dr. Soto-Feliciano received her BS in chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez, and her PhD in biology from MIT . She did her postdoctoral research at the Rockefeller University focusing on the study of chromatin biology and epigenetics. Dr. Soto-Feliciano’s current research explores how post-translational modifications of chromatins maintains proper biology from cells to organisms. She applies functional genomics, biochemistry, and epigenomic approaches to decipher the chemical language of chromatins in diseases such as cancer.
